• Maintain systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and CCC product certification requirements in coordination with the Management Representative.
• Establish and maintain the Supplier Quality Management System.
• Qualify materials and components to meet quality requirements.
• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers.
• Review existing suppliers’ quality performance and drive improvements.
• Conduct supplier audits and support supplier development.
• Establish and maintain process quality standards.
• Develop work instructions for assembly processes.
• Develop work instructions for moulding processes.
• Analyse quality complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor defect levels in parts per million (PPM) and drive reductions.
• Qualify parts and vendors for recent projects.




• Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement Kaizen initiatives and process excellence ideas.
• Apply quality control (QC) tools to reduce defects and optimise processes.
• Drive quality improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyse customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate defective products returned by customers and implement solutions across factory stock and production processes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and drive improvements in customer-reported defect levels (PPM).
