1. Hiring and training
• Hire surveyors, team leaders and field managers district by district.
• Make sure all new staff are trained before field work starts. 2. Field planning
• Assign work areas and set daily targets for each team and surveyor.
• Plan and manage the movement of teams across districts. 3. Data quantity
• Track daily progress by area, team and surveyor against targets. 4. Data quality
• Set up and run robust quality checks on all field data.
• Catch and remove fake or poor-quality work quickly, and take action against whoever is responsible. 5. Team management and payments
• Hold daily reviews with team leaders and field managers, and make surprise field visits.
• Make sure field staff are paid correctly and on time. Salary
- 25K to 35K per month + Food, Travel, Accommodation allowance Note: Knowing Kannada (Reading and Speaking) is Must for Applicant
