• Co-ordinating with clients
• Visit 6 to 8 property visits in a day
• Take measurements and photographs
• Draw the building layout
• Market study for identifying the true value of properties on a practical level.
• Furnish the detailed valuation report of immovable property Qualifications
• Diploma / B.
E. Civil Engineering
• Looking for fresher / up to 2 years of experience in property valuations
• Good communication & writing skills
• Computer skills such as Excel, Word etc
• Driving license & bike is mandatory.
