Company Description MiniMines is a clean-tech company focused on sustainable and efficient Li-Ion battery recycling within the electric vehicle ecosystem. The organization is dedicated to building a circular economy for energy storage devices through responsible sourcing, collection of spent batteries, and recovery of battery-grade materials. Its operations are driven by advanced research and environmentally sustainable processes that support long-term resource efficiency. Using a proprietary HYBRID-HYDROMERALLURGY™ process, MiniMines extracts high-value compounds such as Nickel, Cobalt, Lithium, and Manganese, along with pure copper, alumina, and spherical graphite from mineral-rich “BlackMass.” These recovered materials can be directly used in the manufacturing of new Li-Ion cells, helping reduce waste and dependence on virgin resources. Role Description The User Interface Designer role at MiniMines is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the designer will create intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and internal tools that support clean-tech and battery recycling operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts, components, and interactive elements, preparing high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams. The User Interface Designer will translate complex technical concepts into clear,
