Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage daily site activities and manpower.
• Allocate work to workers and ensure proper work execution and productivity.
• Coordinate with project engineers, safety team, clients, and contractors.
• Monitor fabrication, erection, piping, welding, maintenance, and other site activities as required.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor material, tools, equipment,



and manpower requirements at site.
• Track daily work progress and prepare daily site/work progress reports.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and PPE compliance at the work site.
• Supervise workers individually and ensure proper discipline and work allocation.
• Support project planning and ensure activities are completed on time and as per client requirements. Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant engineering field preferred.
• Experience in industrial, fabrication, erection, piping, maintenance, or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of site execution and manpower management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
