Role Description The Business Analyst – Product & Delivery is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, and translating them into clear specifications for product and delivery teams. The role involves mapping current and future business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and supporting the configuration of DentTracks software to align with customer workflows. The Business Analyst collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and implementation teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, and participates in testing, validation, and user training activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting stakeholder meetings,



preparing functional documentation, supporting project planning, and tracking deliverables to maintain alignment with business objectives. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and define clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience working with Business Processes, including mapping workflows, documenting process improvements, and supporting operational optimization.
• Ability to capture and manage Business Requirements, converting stakeholder needs into structured specifications and user stories.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and presenting findings.
• Experience in product delivery or implementation in a SaaS or software setting; familiarity with dental or healthcare operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation tools; project or ticketing systems is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are beneficial.
