PAN India aims to close the gap in nutrition training among healthcare professionals by equipping them with scientific knowledge and practical tools to prescribe nutrition as medicine. The organization delivers rigorous CME programs, clinical guidelines, and peer mentorship to help physicians apply plant-based nutrition in real-world settings. The team is driven by the vision of transforming healthcare outcomes in India through nutrition-centered care. Role Description The Research Lead – Evidence Synthesis & Clinical Translation is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the development of high-quality, evidence-based resources on plant-predominant nutrition and its clinical applications. This role involves reviewing and synthesizing scientific literature, developing clinical practice tools, and translating research findings into actionable guidance for physicians. The Research Lead will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and educators to prepare CME content, clinical guidelines, and research summaries aligned with PAN India’s mission. Daily tasks include designing and managing research projects, ensuring methodological rigor, preparing manuscripts and reports, and contributing to policy briefs and advocacy materials.

The role also includes mentoring contributors, maintaining research standards, and supporting collaborations with academic and healthcare partners. Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and clarity.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, public health, nutrition, epidemiology, or related discipline); MBBS or other clinical qualification is an added advantage.
