COMPANY & BRAND OVERVIEW Apas Cosmotech Private Limited is an investor-backed beauty and personal care company. Products are formulated with marine botanical science and manufactured at state-of-the-art, GMP-certified, ISO 22716-compliant OEM facilities, imported via Mundra Port Hub, and distributed pan-India across D2C, major marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa), and offline retail channels, alongside global export plans. ROLE SUMMARY The Finance Manager is the financial custodian of Cincinnus across every channel the brand sells through: the D2C website, Amazon, Nykaa and other approved marketplaces, and offline retail. Reporting directly to the CBGO, this role owns accurate books, channel-wise profitability, cash and working capital, import and inventory costing, tax and statutory compliance, and investor-grade reporting. In a D2C and retail business, revenue is earned in one place and cash lands in another, so a core part of this role is reconciling every order to the money actually received: payment gateway and COD settlements, marketplace payouts net of commissions and fees, returns, RTOs, and distributor claims. Brand, content and paid performance marketing decisions sit with the growth team; this role provides the budgets, unit economics and spend controls those decisions run on.
