Job title: Virtual Assistant, Community Management & Social Media Scheduling (Remote, Part time) About Sho Solutions: Sho Solutions provides administrative and operational support to business owners and professionals. Our clients count on us to be reliable, clear in our communication, and good at what we do. We're a small, growing team that values initiative and learning fast. The role You'll support our clients with digital marketing. The work is hands-on and detail-driven:
- Community management
- Publishing and scheduling posts across social platforms
- Keeping the content calendar organized and flagging gaps before they become problems
- Sending short updates to our team on what's happening in the community Hours (remote)
- 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, in the evening through night, ideally 5pm IST till 9pm IST.
- 3 hours on Saturday evening, 5pm IST till 8pm IST. What we need
- Strong written and spoken English. You'll talients directly, so clear, warm, professionalcommunication is a must.

Community managementexperience is a big plus.
- Attention to detail and the habit of double-checking your work.
- A reliable laptop, stable internet, and the ability to keep to the evening schedule.
