– Store Manager | VEDA Department: Retail Operations

Experience:
3 to 5 Years Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Area Manager for VEDA with a strong jewellery retail background to oversee multiple stores, drive sales performance, manage store teams, and ensure excellent customer experience across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Performance: Drive sales targets, revenue growth, conversion rates, and store-level KPIs across assigned locations.
• Multi-Store Operations: Oversee daily operations across stores and ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards.
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers and retail teams to improve productivity and performance.

Experience:
Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer escalations effectively.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure jewellery displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Performance Monitoring:



Analyse sales reports and operational metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Store Expansion: Support current store openings, team readiness, and operational execution.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company processes, audit requirements, and retail operating standards. Mandatory Requirements
• Industry Background: Must have experience in the jewellery retail industry.
• Language

Skills:
Must be proficient in at least two of the following local languages: Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
• Compensation: Budget of ₹70,000 per month in-hand.

Proven experience managing multiple jewellery retail stores and leading retail teams.
