Role Description The Full-time Spanish Trainer will deliver high-quality online Spanish language instruction to learners across different proficiency levels in a remote learning environment. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging lessons, preparing instructional materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves conducting virtual classes, supporting learners through tutoring sessions, and adapting teaching methods to suit various learning styles.



The Spanish Trainer will collaborate with academic teams to align course content with Henry Harvin® standards and contribute to continuous improvement of language programs. This is a full-time remote role that requires consistent availability for scheduled classes and learner support. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Spanish Teaching and Tutoring for diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured and outcome-focused courses.
• Candidates should possess solid Teaching experience, preferably in online or blended learning environments.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish, with the ability to explain concepts clearly in English as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant certifications in language teaching (e.g., DELE, teaching diplomas) are an advantage.
• Experience with digital teaching tools, learning management systems, and virtual classroom platforms.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple batches or learner groups.
• Previous experience teaching or training in an EdTech or higher education setting is preferred.
