Role Description The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for facilitating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children in a classroom setting. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering lessons, supporting social and emotional development, observing and documenting student progress, and maintaining a safe, welcoming learning environment. The role also involves collaborating with families, participating in school activities,



and working closely with colleagues to align teaching practices with the school’s curriculum and values. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience teaching at the Preschool or Kindergarten level.
• Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to young learners.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage classroom dynamics in a nurturing manner.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Experience with activity-based and play-based learning methodologies is beneficial.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
