Role Description The Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical and instrumentation systems for semiconductor and related industrial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, preparing detailed engineering documents, overseeing installation and commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving technical issues in office, supervising junior engineers and technicians,



and supporting troubleshooting and maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation systems. The Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and supports client communication on technical matters. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with the ability to design and review electrical systems for industrial applications.
• Hands-on expertise in Instrumentation and Process Control, including selection, calibration, and integration of field instruments and control devices.
• Proficient in Troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems, diagnosing faults, and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, HMI and SCADA systems, and their integration with process and instrumentation equipment is an advantage.
• Experience in semiconductor, petrochemical, or similar process industries, especially in projects involving chemical, slurry, or gas systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specifications, and to prepare documentation for design, installation, and commissioning.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills, with the ability to guide and mentor project teams on-site.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
