Organisation: IIT Madras – Centre for Outreach and Digital Education (CODE) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Exam Manager to manage end-to-end examination operations for online academic and non-campus programmes under IIT Madras CODE.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate online and offline examinations.
• Manage examination schedules, proctoring, and operational arrangements.
• Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, technical teams, and examination vendors.
• Address examination-related student queries and grievances.
• Maintain examination records and prepare reports.
• Ensure smooth conduct of examinations and adherence to institutional policies. Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in examination management, academic administration, or assessment operations.
• Solid coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace. Role
