This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining Anaesthesia Machine, patient monitoring and diagnostic cardiology equipment at customer locations. The Field Services Engineer will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Daily responsibilities include responding to service requests, providing technical support, and documenting service activities in accordance with company standards.



The role also requires collaborating with healthcare staff, delivering clear user guidance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills to manage installations, routine inspections, and equipment upkeep.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and optimize system performance.
• Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and maintain solid client relationships.
• Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region or outside region when required and work flexible hours when required.
• Prior experience with medical devices or healthcare technology service roles is an advantage.
