Role Description The Nursing Tutor at Prometric Mentor is a full-time remote role focused on supporting nursing professionals preparing for Gulf Prometric exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering online tutoring sessions, explaining key nursing concepts, and guiding learners through exam-oriented content and practice questions. The tutor will create and refine study materials such as topic-wise notes, high-yield MCQs, and mock tests aligned with current exam patterns. They will provide individualized feedback, clarify doubts,



and share exam strategies to improve learners’ performance and confidence. The Nursing Tutor will collaborate with the content and academic team to ensure materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices in nursing education. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Nursing and Nursing Education skills, with thorough knowledge of clinical concepts and evidence-based practice.
• Candidates should possess Tutoring and Lecturing skills, including experience delivering structured lessons and guiding learners in an online or classroom environment.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent professional nursing license; prior experience preparing for or teaching Gulf Prometric or similar licensing exams is an advantage.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, creating exam-focused study materials, and using online tools for live classes and learner engagement.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work setting, and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
