Role Description The Sales Associate role at Health Insurance Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, explain health insurance products, and guide them through plan selection aligned with Affordable Care Act-related offerings and other available options. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, answering questions about coverage and costs, preparing and updating proposals, and supporting clients through enrollment and documentation processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, meeting sales and service targets, collaborating with team members,



and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to explain health insurance concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Sales and negotiation abilities to identify client needs, present appropriate plans, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Basic analytical and organizational skills to compare plans, handle documentation, and maintain accurate client and sales records.
• Familiarity with health insurance or financial services is preferred; knowledge of Affordable Care Act principles is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office software and CRM or sales tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
