Location:
North Bengaluru, Karnataka Curriculum: ICSE / IGCSE / IB / ISC Teaching Level: Classes 6–12. Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Classes 6–12, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and aligning teaching methodologies with ICSE/IGCSE curriculum requirements.
• Actively engage in classroom teaching and facilitate effective learning experiences for students.
• Motivate, guide, and support students in accordance with their individual learning needs and educational goals.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to students across a range of abilities and learning levels.
• Prepare and administer weekly assignments for each assigned batch.
• Evaluate, correct, and provide timely feedback on students’ assignments and classwork, including work completed outside the classroom.
• Assess, document, and report students’ academic performance, development, and progress.
• Communicate with parents and provide constructive feedback during Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and whenever required.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach and mentor learners from Classes 6–12.
• Support Foundation Course students in balancing school academics with preparation for competitive examinations.
• Understand the academic requirements of students preparing for scholastic examinations and competitive entrance examinations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous self-learning, subject enrichment, and professional development.
• Use effective presentation techniques and demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
• Assist the Lead Educator with academic coordination and administrative responsibilities, as required. Desired Candidate Profile

Location:
Willingness to work in North Bengaluru.
• Teaching

Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of school teaching experience.
• Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject is mandatory; B.
Ed. is preferred.
• Subject Expertise: Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach students across Classes 6–12.
• Curriculum

Experience:
Candidates with experience teaching ICSE subjects will be preferred. Experience with ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or ISC curricula is an added advantage.
• Scholastic and Competitive Exam Preparation: Candidates with school teaching experience and experience in scholastic examination training will be preferred.
• Foundation Course Understanding: Ability to support students in achieving excellence in school academics while preparing for competitive examinations.
• Technology and Administration: Tech-savvy, organised, and capable of assisting the Lead Educator with administrative tasks.
• Communication

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with robust presentation abilities.
