The role involves assisting US customers with account queries, billing concerns, plan information, and telecom service issues while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience. Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with telecom-related queries.
• Help customers understand billing details, service plans, account information, and applicable service procedures.
• Identify customer concerns, assess the information required, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow established process guidelines.
• Refer complex or unresolved issues to the relevant support teams.
• Maintain professional communication, service quality, and customer satisfaction throughout each interaction. Candidate Requirements

Education:
Undergraduate and graduate candidates may apply; graduation is not mandatory.

Experience:




Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process, with customer support experience.
• Communication: Robust spoken English, active listening, and clear communication skills.
• Process readiness: Comfortable handling voice-based customer support interactions.
• Shifts: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts aligned with US business hours.
