As the General Manager – Corporate Partnerships & HNI, you will lead CRY’s strategic fundraising agenda focused on Corporate CSR partnerships, institutional alliances, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). You will be responsible for building long-term donor ecosystems, driving high-value partnerships and positioning CRY as a preferred social impact partner for corporations and philanthropists. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge fundraising strategies that align donor aspirations with measurable social impact. Desired Profile
• Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Fundraising, Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances
• Proven track record of securing high-value corporate and HNI partnerships
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, strategic networking, proposal writing, and consultative selling




• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and building high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
