Incident Commander / Manager (

Location:
Preferred : Bangalore) (Exp Level : 8+ yrs exp) As a Production IM part of Incident Detection and Response team would be responsible to reduce the potential for failure and to accelerate recovery of critical workloads from disruption. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing communication, emergency response, technical resolver engagement and incident management for mission critical applications Banking and Finance domain working experience specifically on Cards & Payments, Mobile apps and cloud native solutions would be required. • Team Leadership & People Management Certifications: ITIL certified Preferred. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Skilled is highly preferred. Required Hands-on Technical skills AWS Services: Understanding and hands-on experience in AWS services




- EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, VPC, Load balancers, Gateways, DynamoDB, and IAM in required in this role. Cloud Architecture: Knowledge of design patterns
- microservices, serverless, high availability, scalability and disaster recovery. Networking: Deep knowledge of networking, VPCs, load balancing, databases (SQL/NoSQL), Ingress controllers DevOps & Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting (Python, Bash) would be useful Security: Implementing security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation. Observability : Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and managing cost optimization strategies with tools like Grafana, Cloudwatch, ELK, Site247 Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience in Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.

Experience:
8-10 years in IT, with 8+ years specialized in Cloud Applications Production systems management, Mobile & Web applications on Cloud Demonstrable Major Incident/Problem Management Experience for organizations that run mission critical applications ?
