Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about programs, eligibility criteria, and campus facilities. The role involves conducting virtual counseling sessions, assisting applicants with form completion, and following up to ensure timely submission of required documents. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to coordinate online events, webinars,



and information sessions, and maintain detailed records of leads and conversions in the admissions database. The role also includes meeting admissions targets, sharing regular reports, and upholding a skilled and student-centric approach. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain academic programs and processes clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM or admissions management systems, and online communication tools for remote counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and work in a target-driven, rapid-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education counseling, administration, or marketing is an advantage.
• Prior experience in student admissions, counseling, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
