Role Description As a Deal Closing Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of each deal. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, you will coordinate with realtors, home buyers, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate documentation, verify financial arrangements, and resolve any issues that may delay closing. You will review agreements, track the status of loans and funding, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.



You will also provide guidance on best practices, support sales teams in structuring deals for successful closure, and contribute to continuous improvement of closing procedures and customer experience. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in real estate transaction closings, including managing documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in funding processes, with the ability to work closely with financial institutions and verify disbursements.
• Proven background in sales within real estate or related financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding closing targets.
• Knowledge of loans and mortgage lending, including basic understanding of eligibility, approval workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain qualified relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with digital tools and transaction management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in real estate brokerage, mortgage operations, or closing coordination in the Greater Bengaluru market is an advantage.
