About the Role
IT Jobs Factory is an IT training and placement institute. We are looking for a seasoned Ed-tech leader to build and scale our online business, from programs and marketing to enrolments and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the online business strategy, revenue targets and P&L;
• Launch and scale online and hybrid courses in IT and analytics
• Build and lead the sales, marketing and counselling teams
• Drive lead generation, conversion and enrolment growth through digital channels
• Build partnerships with hiring companies, colleges and channel partners
• Track key metrics (CAC, conversion, retention, placement outcomes) and report to leadership Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Ed-tech (prior leadership experience not required)
• Proven record of scaling online programs and revenue
• Strong command of digital marketing, sales funnels and team management
• Data-driven, with valuable communication and stakeholder skills
• Experience in IT, analytics or upskilling programs is preferred
