Enterprise Content Management Solution Architect: The ECM Solution Architect defines secure, scalable and supportable end-to-end content management solutions aligned with the enterprise ECM strategy. The role covers solution architecture, requirements engineering, integration design, technical governance and delivery assurance across IBM and Box-based ECM platforms. We offer
from Consulting Services, to Project execution and application maintenance for the above shared ECM platforms. Our opportunity: Within the Enterprise Content Management we produce value by offering global services to all those interested Business Units. We implement ECM projects usually with the help of some external vendors and our responsibilities cover a wide range of activities depending on the type of project. As an ECM Solution Architect, you would be reporting to the ECM Lead Solution Architect performing one or more of the following tasks in each project.
• Perform the analysis of business requirements and translating them into solution requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle, or review the proposed solution coming from our partners.
• Write or validate detailed design documents against those requirements and create the technical quality checks to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met during project/s lifecycle.




• Identify deviations from the standards, enforce best practices and submit ideas and thoughts regarding projects or the whole platform.
• Share subject matter expertise to others in the organization or supporting others in their efforts to deliver (ECM Service Managers, ECM Project Managers, etc).
• Ensure compliance of the ECM Solutions with ECM Strategy, Group Operations & Technology Standards, customer project requirements and operational quality levels.
• Understanding and being able to apply different delivery approaches (Waterfall, SCRUM, Zurich Lean) and perform, independently, business analysis processes in accordance with Zurich Project Management Framework and the Zurich Risk Policy.
• Work with the AI teams and experts to align on best practices and quality / governance controls. Your role: As an ECM Solution Architect the role is focused on requirements & end-to-end ECM architecture solution definition within a project context across the lifecycle to support business process & IT system changes. The Key tasks include:
• Ensure that ECM Solutions are aligned to business needs and communicate the business benefits.
• Participate in the ECM Solution strategy, innovation areas and technology roadmap globally.
• Participate in the Solution Architecture Governance to ensure the assigned projects are compliant with the strategy and the group.
• Understand customer objectives, processes and products to make recommendations and proposals.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements, existing systems and applications, and drive the ECM Solution for assigned projects.
• Balance the competing constraints of business need, services, technology and quality to produce the specified product, service or result with minimal change requests required.
• Produce requirement specifications if needed and outline solution design documents throughout the project life cycle.
• Perform quality review checks on project deliverables.
• Participate on solution portfolio rationalization and operational simplification and identify cost and service efficiencies.
• Apply consulting skills to facilitate decision making, resolve conflicts, and gain consensus and customer commitment.
• Ensure methodical delivery and continuous improvements in shared services
• Collaborate with global teams on strategy updates, planning, and investment prioritization.
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture from initial requirements and option assessment through detailed design, implementation assurance, operational readiness and post-implementation validation.
• In addition to architecture and governance responsibilities, the ECM team owns and evolves selected technical products, frameworks, accelerators and integration components. The Solution Architect is expected to contribute hands-on when appropriate by producing prototypes, reference implementations, API contracts, reusable patterns and technical enablers. • English fluent written and spoken.
• Experience to work in diverse, multi-cultural environments and to deal with ambiguity and changing/evolving requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with both, business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Other desirable

skills:
• Other languages might be very valuable due to the distributed nature of the service.
• Good understanding of quality management and development methodologies are highly valuated. Technical

skills:
• Degree from a technical program, or a business-related degree with IT experience.
• +3 years as SME/Architect/Senior Developer in complex IT projects and landscape
• Experience in Enterprise Content Management projects is highly valued, especially if the knowledge is tight to the following products:
• IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
• IBM FileNet Content Manager and its evolution towards IBM Content Cortex
• IBM Content Navigator
• Box.com
• Ability to work at multiple levels of abstraction, from enterprise and solution architecture to API definitions, configuration models, proof-of-concept development and review of critical implementation artefacts.
• Sufficient software-engineering knowledge to guide development teams, assess implementation quality, review critical code or configuration where required, and contribute to prototypes or reference implementations without becoming the primary developer for every initiative.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile development framework, Scrum Master, tools and process is an advantage.
• Appreciated hands-on spirit and willingness to develop small things if required.
• Artificial Intelligence basic knowledge.
• Know how to leverage the usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot to speed up documentation review.
• Use AI tools to reinforce the quality of the deliverables such as Detailed Design documents, test cases, test plans, etc.
• Use the power of AI to cooperate with it and brainstorm on improvements for the platform.
• Claude or other AI technologies is appreciated as some developments might be part of the work. Soft
