About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Account Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
• Assist with preparing financial statements, reports, and account summaries.
• Handle bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining expense reports and financial records.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Support GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve account-related queries.
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of financial information. Required Skills and Qualifications




• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.
Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Skills
• Experience in invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Ideal Candidate A proactive and organised qualified with 1+ year of experience who is eager to develop their accounting and financial management skills while contributing to the organisation's financial operations.
