Role Description The Content Creator will develop and produce daily news content across formats, including short-form text, video scripts, and audio explainers. Responsibilities include researching trending and relevant stories, fact-checking sources, and transforming complex topics into accessible, engaging narratives aligned with Dailymattr’s editorial standards. The role involves collaborating with editors, designers, and media producers, optimizing content for digital distribution, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable availability,



proactive communication, and the ability to work effectively within a distributed team. Qualifications
• Solid skills in writing, storytelling, and script development for text, video, and audio formats.
• Ability to research, verify information, and fact-check content using credible sources.
• Experience creating digital content for social media, websites, or news platforms.
• Basic familiarity with multimedia production workflows (e.g., video editing briefs, audio recording guidelines) is beneficial.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Indian news and culture is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working remotely with collaborative tools and providing regular updates to the team.
• Relevant education or experience in journalism, communications, media, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
