Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant teams. Responsibilities include supporting employee relations, assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and supporting training and performance management processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram,



requiring close collaboration with internal departments and management to maintain a positive and effective workplace. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of core HR functions and organizational practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement procedures and support compliance with labor laws.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a respectful work environment.
