Role Description The Social Media Manager at REPEAT GUD will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across social media platforms through daily content planning, creation, and publishing. This full time, on-site role based in Raipur involves developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to inform strategy. The Social Media Manager will interact with the online community, respond to comments and messages, collaborate with the marketing and product teams, and ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends,



competitor activity, and best practices in the health and wellness space. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to create compelling, on-brand posts, campaigns, and stories tailored to target audiences.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with online communities, collaborate with internal teams, and convey brand values clearly.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience managing social media for consumer brands, preferably in food, wellness, or FMCG, and familiarity with analytics tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities is important for success in this role.
