About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sourcing skilled to manage and expand our manufacturing ecosystem across India, China and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard new manufacturers
• Develop new products from concept to mass production
• Reduce costs across the existing product range
• Manage RFQs, sampling, moulds, costing, negotiations, QC and production
• Build alternate supplier bases and improve sourcing efficiency




• Manage end-to-end sourcing operations What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing / procurement / product development
• Strong experience working directly with manufacturers
• Experience in India and/or China sourcing
• Strong negotiation and product-costing skills
• Proven new product development experience Preferred
• Experience in glassware, borosilicate, kitchenware, drinkware, tableware or homeware
• Existing supplier network in India / China
• Mandarin / Chinese language knowledge is a plus This is a hands-on execution role — finding factories, developing products, reducing costs and ensuring successful production.
