About the Role
V-TAC Energy is looking for an experienced HR professional to drive PAN-India recruitment and manage HR operations as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across India.
• Handle technical hiring for relevant business functions.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding, employee documentation and day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports. Requirements




• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Solid hands-on experience in talent acquisition and technical recruitment.
• Good sourcing, screening, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and PAN-India hiring requirements.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, electricals or related technical industries is an added advantage.
