Job Summary We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with a strong understanding of SQL and database concepts. The ideal candidate should have a technical educational background and experience in customer support, preferably within the IT or software industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions through calls, emails, or other support channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with software or application-related problems.
• Use SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and validate data for issue resolution.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal technical and development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to improving support processes.



Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1?2 years of experience in customer support or technical support.

Tech, B.
E., BCA, or a similar technical qualification.
• Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
• Good understanding of databases, queries, and data retrieval.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with experience in the IT, software, or technology industry are preferred.
• Experience in application support, product support, or technical customer service will be an added advantage.
