- Area Manager
- Kerala role is a full time, hybrid position based in Kerala, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Area Manager will oversee and expand B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, consultancies, and other relevant organizations across Kerala. Daily responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partner institutions, nurturing existing relationships, conducting presentations and training sessions, and promoting VIDYA.

The role involves coordinating with internal counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth information flow and high-quality service delivery to partner organizations. The Area Manager will also track regional performance metrics, manage local marketing and outreach activities, and provide market insights to support strategic planning. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in B2B relationship management with Study Abroad Agencies in Kerala.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at schools, colleges, and agencies.
• Proficiency in planning and organizing regional outreach, including partner visits, events, seminars, and training sessions.
• Ability to analyze market trends, generate reports, and use data to make informed decisions and meet growth targets.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including field travel across Kerala and effective remote collaboration with internal teams.
• Knowledge of study abroad processes, major destination countries, and admission workflows is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, business, or marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages (such as Malayalam) and basic digital tools (CRM systems, office productivity software).
