Role Description The HR Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mundra, with a mix of on-site responsibilities at the port-side office and some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation for logistics and operations staff. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, managing HR documentation and compliance, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role also involves handling employee relations, resolving workplace issues, supporting payroll and benefits administration,



and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will be expected to contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture that supports productivity in a quick-paced logistics environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Candidates should possess expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating inclusive and engaging workplace practices.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR data management, HRIS or HR software usage, and basic reporting and analytics.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR activities in a dynamic, operations-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries, is highly beneficial.
