Key purpose of the role: Ensure smooth functioning of Biofuelcircle platforms by monitoring, tracking and optimizing operations for reliability and user experience. Responsibilities
• Manage invoicing processes including creation, verification, and tracking of invoices.
• Create manual invoices.
• Track delivered data and maintain accurate records.
• Attach unloading slips and close deliveries in the system.
• Monitor and track deals to ensure timely execution.
• Create transport contracts and assign them to deliveries.
• Track rental transport invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Update daily logistics data on both the platform and spreadsheets.
• Onboard DVOs (Delivery Vehicle Operators) on the platform for operational readiness.
• Reporting to the Team Lead for the Region and closely working with the Logistic Team.
• Solid collaboration with other BU, platform operations.
