The Green Acres Academy (TGAA), a leading ICSE school reaching 5,500+ students across 3 campuses, is hiring an ICSE Coordinator to manage academic planning, curriculum delivery, and board compliance for Grades 6 through 10 under the CISCE framework. Core responsibilities will include:
• Curriculum and syllabus management: plan the curriculum and academic schedule across classes, review lesson plans, observe lessons and give teachers structured feedback.
• ICSE examination readiness: ensure full compliance with CISCE guidelines, coordinate internal and board assessments, review question papers, and track marks and report cards.
• CISCE compliance regulation: ensure that the school practices are in alignment with the CISCE guidelines.
• Stakeholder engagement: managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders towards smooth functioning of school.
• Teacher development and student progress: coach teachers in active learning, competency-based assessment and classroom management, run cooperative training,



and check the quality of notebook correction. Tack attendance, behaviour and academic performance, and use data to drive remedial and enrichment programmes. What we're looking for an educational leader with
• Extensive experience in an ICSE school
• Thorough and in-depth understanding of the CISCE board guidelines, processes and requirements
• A B.
Ed qualification
• 5 years of teaching experience
• Excellent communication skills
