Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding and mentoring MBA aspirants through the admissions process, including profile assessment, college shortlisting, and application support. The Senior Admissions Counselor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, handle student queries, and provide exam and interview-related guidance.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, following up with prospective students, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with partner institutions. The role also includes contributing to student outreach activities, events, and seminars to promote Career Choice 360’s services. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to counsel students effectively and build trust.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive student experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, achieve enrollment targets, and support outreach campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in MBA admissions, career counseling, or academic advising.
• Relevant additional qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, proficiency with CRM or counseling tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
