Role Description The Executive Director Business Development will lead strategy and execution for expanding Traders Quote Software’s presence across Forex, Crypto, CFD, and Binary trading segments. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across affiliate, business partner, and investor models. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing business plans,



overseeing lead generation activities, managing key client accounts, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements. The role will collaborate closely with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams to design tailored solutions for brokers, academies, and fintech entrepreneurs. The Executive Director will also mentor and guide business development teams, monitor market trends and competitive activity, and provide regular performance reporting to the leadership group. Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of opening new markets or segments.
• Strong Business Planning skills, including experience in go-to-market strategy, financial projections, and growth roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to structure win–win commercial agreements and partnership models.
• Solid Account Management capabilities, including relationship-building, client retention, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
• Extensive experience in fintech, trading, or financial services, preferably within Forex, Crypto, CFD, or brokerage environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Proven leadership experience in managing business development or sales teams and driving high-performance outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation acumen, with comfort working in fast-paced, growth-focused organizations.
