About the Role
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Pre-Sales Calling Executive to connect with potential customers interested in home interiors, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming leads. Understand customers’ requirements, budgets, timelines, and interior design preferences. Explain HomeLane’s interior design services and schedule customer consultations. Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales and design teams. Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate lead details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM.



Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions. Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets. Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage. Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Ability to convince customers, handle objections, and maintain skilled relationships. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools. Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn. Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, real estate, or interior design is preferred.
