Role Description The Data Specialist (Back Office) will be responsible for managing and updating data related to customer accounts, loans, and asset financing activities within KAFL’s internal systems. Daily tasks include data entry, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial and operational records. The role involves generating routine and ad-hoc reports, supporting data analysis for management decisions, and maintaining organized documentation for audits and compliance. The Data Specialist will collaborate with finance, operations,



and credit teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat, requiring regular presence at the company’s office. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Data Management skills, including accurate data entry, data validation, and maintaining structured databases.
• Candidates should possess Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling and Analytical Skills to organize data logically, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheet or database tools, with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and ability to follow standardized processes and compliance guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a back-office workplace.
