- Wadala, Mumbai Qualification Graduate Desired Experience 8-12 Yrs Key Area Of Work
• Coordinate with site and with site and maintenance teams to ensure flats are completed, cleaned, and defect-free before handover, Conduct joint inspections and prepare snag lists (if any) and ensure timely rectification Verify utilities (electricity, water, fittings, keys, etc.) before handover
• Maintain and update daily/weekly handover status reports, Track pending handovers and highlight issues causing delays. Prepare periodic reports for management review
• Present weekly/monthly reports on possession progress, pending cases, and customer satisfaction scores, Achieve defined possession and customer satisfaction targets within given timelines
• Ensure all required documents (NOC, payment clearance, possession letter, key handover checklist, etc.) are in place. Maintain proper records of handovers-both physical and digital copies
• Coordinate with finance and CRM for clearance and final confirmation. Liaise with project,
