Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and support a growing technical organization in Mumbai in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures. The role will also involve designing training and development initiatives, supporting succession planning, and promoting an inclusive and engaging work culture aligned with company values.



The Human Resources Manager will manage payroll inputs, leave and attendance records, HR documentation, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals will be a core part of the role. Qualifications
• Solid expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation processes.
• Skills in training design, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with management and technical teams to align HR strategies with organizational objectives in the power or engineering sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and digital HR practices to support data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certifications is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, preferably within engineering, power, or industrial services organizations.
