Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Fund Accounting to handle end-to-end accounting for Private Equity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LP–GP accounting, capital activities, investor reporting, and hedge fund NAV processes, with a strong understanding of alternative investment structures.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end Private Equity accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.
• Prepare and review Capital Call notices, distributions, redemptions, and investor statements.
· Maintain and reconcile PCAP (Partners’ Capital Accounts) for LPs and GPs (PE funds).
• Handle LP–GP accounting, including allocations, profit sharing, expense allocations, and management fee calculations.
• Support and execute waterfall calculations as per fund agreements
• Manage PE Fund NAV-related activities, including cash & position reconciliation, P&L; calculation,



and expense accruals.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, fund administrators, and clients for smooth delivery and reporting. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Private Equity Accounting.
• Strong understanding of PE fund structures, LP–GP accounting
• Experience in Hedge Fund accounting would be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with: Capital Call notices, Redemptions, PCAP (Partner's Capital Account), Waterfall Calculations, Hedge fund NAV, reconciliations, and investor reporting
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills. Job
