The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, institutional business development, and bulk order generation, preferably in the pesticides and agrochemicals industry. The role involves developing new customers, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Institutional Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new institutional clients to expand the company's B2B business.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with corporate buyers, distributors, FPOs, cooperatives, and institutional customers.
• Bulk Sales & Order Generation: Generate bulk orders for pesticides, agrochemicals, and crop protection products.
• Tender & Quotation Management: Identify relevant tenders, prepare quotations, coordinate documentation, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Key Account Management: Manage existing customers, understand their requirements, and develop repeat business.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Payment & Collection Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Order Coordination:



Work with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and regular business development reports. ✅ Candidate Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Bulk Sales, or Business Development.
• Preference for candidates from the Pesticides, Agrochemicals, Crop Protection, Fertilizers, Seeds, or Agricultural Inputs industry.
• Experience in institutional client acquisition and bulk order management.
• Understanding of B2B sales, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of government and private tenders will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
