Role Description The Recruitment Drive Pune role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City. The role involves coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities for academy programs, including outreach to potential participants, screening applications, and supporting selection processes. Daily responsibilities include engaging with candidates, providing accurate information about programs, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with faculty and mentors to align recruitment with program needs. The role also includes organizing recruitment events, campus visits, and information sessions,



as well as gathering feedback to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience. Qualifications
• Operational and logistics

skills:
Experience managing recruitment events and processes, including coordination of schedules and resources.
• Communication and customer service

skills:
Strong verbal and written communication, ability to engage with diverse candidates, and a service-oriented approach to candidate support.
• Stakeholder collaboration

skills:
Ability to work effectively with faculty, mentors, and internal teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
• Data and process management

skills:
Comfort with maintaining accurate records, using recruitment or CRM tools, and tracking performance metrics.
• Relevant

experience:
Prior experience in recruitment, admissions, business development, or talent acquisition in education or training sectors is beneficial.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Personal attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
• Local familiarity: Knowledge of Pune City and its academic and industry ecosystem is an advantage.
