Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Srinagar. The Financial Advisor will engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable SBI Life insurance and investment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial needs assessments, explaining product features and benefits, preparing personalized financial plans,



and assisting customers with policy selection, documentation, and servicing. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and collaborating with branch teams to achieve individual and branch-level sales and service targets. The Financial Advisor will also stay updated on regulatory guidelines, company products, and market trends to provide informed, compliant, and customer-centric advice. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to assess customer needs and design long-term solutions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and Investments to explain product options and support informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess strong Financial Advisory skills to provide customer-centric guidance aligned with regulatory standards.
• Relevant experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities are required.
• Ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records is important.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
