Coimbatore / Project Site Department: Sales & Customer Relations Designation: Guest Relationship Executive Job SummaryWe are looking for a presentable, customer-focused and well-spoken Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage and welcome customers and visitors at our real-estate project sites. The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, coordinating site visits and supporting the sales team in handling prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally at the project site/office.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about the project.
• Coordinate and manage customer site visits and appointments.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for further assistance.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM and Site teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide project-related information such as location, amenities, specifications and available options.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and share relevant information as required.
• Assist the sales team during customer meetings, property visits and project events.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
• Ensure the reception/customer interaction area is neat, welcoming and well maintained.




• Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
• Support customer engagement activities and project events. Candidate Profile
• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
•

Experience:
1–3 years in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, Real Estate or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Positive proficiency in English and the local language (Tamil).
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Should be confident, polite and presentable while interacting with customers.
