About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Guidewire Jutro Developer to design and deliver up-to-date, secure and accessible digital journeys using the Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform. The role requires strong hands-on front-end engineering expertise, Guidewire ecosystem knowledge and the ability to work closely with business, product, UX, architecture and engineering stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive digital applications using Guidewire Jutro, React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Build reusable Jutro components and user journeys aligned with UX, accessibility and engineering standards.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex front-end features and integration patterns.
• Integrate Jutro applications with Guidewire Cloud services, Insurance Suite applications and enterprise APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and UX/UI designers to translate requirements and wireframes into working solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet expectations for performance, security, accessibility, maintainability and reusability.
• Create unit and integration tests and support automated quality controls within CI/CD pipelines.




• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex UI, integration, performance and production issues.
• Contribute to release planning, deployment readiness, technical documentation and support handover.
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify customer and agent journeys and improve the digital experience.
• Promote consistent Jutro patterns, coding standards and reusable engineering practices across delivery teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 3-5 years of software-development experience with substantial front-end engineering experience.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience delivering applications using Guidewire Jutro.
• Strong experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and JSON-based services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration and stakeholder-communication skills. Must have
