Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in Bhubaneswar. The Graphics Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media creatives, presentations, and educational content. Responsibilities include developing concepts and layouts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting and pairing typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with trainers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, iterating based on feedback,



and preparing files in appropriate formats for production or publication. The Graphics Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and tools and contribute ideas to enhance the academy’s visual identity and learner experience. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse visual work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in various formats.
• Practical experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Ability to translate briefs into transparent, visually engaging designs and adapt concepts based on feedback.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
