• Qualified Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance, Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or a related field.
• Sound understanding of applicable SEBI regulations, Companies Act, capital-market regulations and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory filings, compliance monitoring and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with a SEBI-registered Merchant Banker or Investment Banking/Capital Markets organisation.
• Experience in IPO/FPO, rights issue, preferential issue, QIP and other capital-market transactions.
• Working knowledge of SEBI ICDR, LODR and other applicable securities regulations.
• Experience in reviewing offer documents, due diligence reports and regulatory submissions.




• Exposure to handling regulatory inspections, queries and correspondence with SEBI/Stock Exchanges.
• Additional skilled certifications or qualifications in securities/capital-market compliance will be an advantage. Role Overview JDA Capital Services Limited is seeking an experienced compliance professional to manage and oversee regulatory compliance requirements relating to its Merchant Banking activities. The candidate will work closely with senior management, regulatory authorities, exchanges, legal advisors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day regulatory and compliance activities of the Merchant Banking business.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, Companies Act, LODR, ICDR and other relevant securities-market regulations.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, submissions, intimations and correspondence with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, MCA and other authorities.
• Review and monitor compliance requirements relating to IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, preferential issues, QIPs and other capital-market transactions.
• Assist in due diligence and review of offer documents, including DRHP, RHP and related regulatory submissions.
• Maintain compliance registers, records, checklists and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations and regulatory circulars and communicate their impact to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, auditors, consultants and transaction teams.
• Assist in handling regulatory queries, inspections and observations.
• Support preparation of internal compliance reports and management updates.
• Ensure timely closure and documentation of compliance observations.
